CTPAT is a voluntary supply chain security program initiated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The program focuses on improving the security of private companies’ supply chains with respect to terrorism.

Companies participating in CTPAT must demonstrate strong security practices across their supply chain including manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and documentation processes.
